About Sustained
I know what it feels like to want to be healthier and have no idea where to actually start. I spent years trying to figure out sustainable weight loss for myself, and through that process, I realized how much our food, movement, and daily habits are all tangled together. You can't really separate them. And when one is off, everything feels harder.
That's the gap I built Sustained to fill. So much of the health and wellness world gives you a piece of the puzzle (i.e., meal plans, workout programs, fad diets, macro tracking, supplements, etc.) but rarely does anyone help you put it all together in a way that actually fits your life.
As a Registered Dietitian, exercise scientist, and Pilates instructor, I get to do exactly that. Whether you're overwhelmed and don't know where to begin, or you've tried everything and can't make it stick — this is a place where we figure it out together, for the long haul.
