I’m Addi, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Exercise Science — and I’m here to help you finally lose the weight and keep it off for good.
Over the years, I’ve seen how quick fixes, crash diets, and all-or-nothing plans leave people feeling defeated and stuck in the same cycle. I wanted to create something different — something that actually works in real life and helps change last.
